Gluten Free Raspberry Date Bars
Made with a base of gluten free shortbread, layered with raspberry jam, and covered with a gluten free date and maple syrup crumb coating!  Delicious even for those who can eat gluten products!

Made from our own gluten free starter, lovingly fed a nourishing daily breakfast of oat flour, and made with a four flour blend from Bob's Red Mill!  Totally gluten free, and with real sourdough starter!  Check it out!
