Scratch made from 17 year old starter, originally started with nothing else but water, grapes, and flour!  Amazing!

 An excellent soft sourdough with Asiago cheese, sundreid tomatoes, and basil. Limited availability
 
Jes' plain Original Sourdough
Just as it says!  Regular sourdough, made with minimal ingredients, no preservatives, no chemicals! 

 

Kalamata Olive
One of our most popular!  Kalamata olives from Greece, thyme, and olive oil make this ideal for sandwiches or bruchetta!
 
Pesto-Roasted Garlic
We oven-roast the garlic for 45 minutes until it's roasted through and slightly sweet.  Accented with fresh pesto. Perfect for garlic bread!
 
Southwestern Roasted Red Pepper
Southwestern style with roasted red peppers, chipotle pepper and ancho pepper.  Perfect with a bowl of chili!
 
Black Bean~Jalapeno
Another southwestern favorite!  Black beans, jalapeno peppers, and ancho peppers, perfect for a grilled ham and cheese!
 
Lemon Sage (limited availability)
Made with real sage grown in our spice garden!  Accented with lemon zest.
